Jim H. Stroh, President
Jim Stroh is an entrepreneur with 26 years’ experience in information and telecommunication systems. Prior to PROGGEX, Jim was founder and president of The Stroh Group, a C-level strategic consulting services firm. Jim has expertise in Project Management/leadership, new technology implementation, including long-range system/architecture planning, configuration management, requirements definition and analysis, systems conversion, risk assessment, cost/performance analysis and system integration. Previous to his entrepreneurial success, Jim oversaw strategic direction and architecture of global networks and worldwide call center integration including standardization of mission-critical technologies across multiple business lines on a global basis. He attended Conestoga College of Applied Arts and Technologies in Kitchener, Ontario.
Suzanne C. Kelley, Executive Vice-President & General Manager
With 20 years’ experience in all realms of information technology and application development, Suzanne Kelley is an expert in Project Management/leadership, new technology implementation, including requirements definition and analysis, risk assessment, cost/performance analysis, process analysis and re-engineering. Prior to joining PROGGEX, Suzanne was director of engineering in a dot.com start-up, where she built the complete product and Project Management structure. She has spent most of her career in IT consulting often acting as a change agent for new process development and management. Suzanne earned an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Purdue University.
